New SHELLSHOCKED screening in NYC!
The Empire Dragon Boat Team presents a special screening of ‘SHELLSHOCKED: Saving Oysters to Save Ourselves’ on January 11th at Rockefeller Research Laboratory (430 East 67th Street in NYC). Including Q&A with director Emily Driscoll and NY/NJ Baykeeper’s Meredith Comi.

The SHELLSHOCKED premiere in Cape Cod was sponsored by SPAT (Wellfleet Shellfish Promotion and Tasting) and WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre) and featured panelists Curt Felix, Bob Prescott, Andy Koch, Emily Driscoll and Anamarija Frankic. The screening took place on August 19th at 4PM. There were about 80 people at the screening, which also featured a demonstration of oysters filtering murky water while SHELLSHOCKED screened! Curt Felix showed shells with newly attached oysters from the Wellfleet oyster restoration project.
